Fish Tacos: a photo essay

mas tacos por favor nashville

Hello! I haven’t written anything lately because after about nine months living full-time in the Airstream (which deserves its own post) we’ve moved into a regular non-wheeled house. Boring, right? We’re starting to get antsy to take the Airstream out again so hopefully I’ll have an interesting trip to report on soon.

A recent email from my wonderful Uncle Jim detailing his first fish taco experience (to sum up: skepticism –> curiosity –> delight) inspired me to reflect on some of the happy times I’ve shared with fish tacos while Airstreaming.

  1. couple of things: how’d you manage to find the fish under all that greenery in Austin—-And since when do Ducks qualify as denizens of the deep and finally not sure about those tacos in Charleston but I know those oysters I see on the table are to die for!!!!
